Consulting

Some designers freelance. Some designers consult. Basically, its a situation where a senior designer gets parked inside your team, coffee in hand, fixing the things your org chart didn't know were broken.

Trusted by: One of Europe's largest banking groups. Belgium's biggest bank. A national financial media group. Several branding & design agencies across Antwerp and Brussels. Each one under its own confidentiality agreements, each one getting the same treatment.

Different logos, same job: show up, translate "corporate" into "human," and make sure the brand holds together across more touchpoints than any one team can watch.

What "embedded" actually means

No agency hand-off, no brief lost in translation. Embedded consulting means sitting close enough to the problem to see it before it becomes a fire drill — inside the workflow, on the tools, in the meetings, for as long as it takes.

  • On-site or remote, whichever keeps things moving

  • Full toolbox: brand, print, digital, video, UX/UI, training — one generalist instead of five specialists

  • Scales with the need: a few weeks to plug a gap, or years to become part of the furniture

  • Fluent in corporate and creative, so nobody has to act as translator

  • Comfortable under with confidentiality — some of the best work is the work you'll never see named

What that's actually looked like

"Embedded" is a nice word. Here's what it means on a Tuesday:

  • On screen & on paper: dynamic displays, event wayfinding, direct mail and email templates, financial reports, forms and documents that don't make people cry

  • On camera: documentaries, tutorials, aftermovies — scripted, shot, and edited, plus the occasional podcast

  • On brand: loyalty campaigns, employer branding, infographics that make finance make sense, keynotes people actually stay awake for

  • On click: UX/UI for internal tools and customer-facing systems

  • On the record: training and education sessions, so the knowledge doesn't leave when the consultant does
